From the moment a movement is cased to the day it reaches your wrist, every Ashford Timeworks watch is logged, numbered and certified.
Serial number assignment
Each watch receives a unique serial number recorded in our Birmingham register, linked to model, movement calibre and assembly date.
Certificate of authenticity
A printed certificate accompanies every watch, stating model reference, serial number, movement details and date of final inspection.
Warranty registration
Your five-year warranty is activated at purchase. Service history is maintained at our Vyse Street workshop for the life of the watch.
Verification service
Send your serial number to [email protected] — we will confirm origin, model and warranty status from our records.
Verify before you buy
