1. Introduction

By accessing this website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms.
2. Orders and prices
Prices displayed are in GBP, include VAT where applicable and may be updated without prior notice. Availability of Ashford Classic, Depth Diver, Works Chronograph, Quarter Heritage, Slimline and Explorer GMT models is confirmed at the time of order.
An order becomes binding once confirmed in writing (email) by us.
3. Delivery and title
We deliver within the United Kingdom via insured courier. Risk passes on delivery. Each watch is supplied with a certificate of authenticity and warranty documentation.
4. Warranty
The standard five-year warranty covers manufacturing defects and regulation issues, subject to the terms of the warranty certificate. Unauthorised repairs may void the warranty.
5. Governing law
Disputes shall be resolved amicably where possible; otherwise, the laws of England and Wales apply and the courts of England shall have jurisdiction. Consumers retain their statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
